Hi every one, today i'm turning 22 years old and i don't see it normal to play with my hair all day long, i used to do it since i was a kid. i suck my tongue all day until i have to talk , so i do it secretly no one could know what i'm doing (without my thumb) i don't know how to explain it but it's like i'm sucking something but i don't it's just my tongue and i play with my hair it feels very good.
I cant sleep at night if i don't play with my hair. even when i get hurt i just put my hear on it and it's okey.
i can't stop doing it . while studing i can stop playing with my hair but not with my tongue. if i'm not speaking so i'm sucking my tongue. im really confused and i want to know if there is any body like me .
sorry for my english it's not my native language.
i really need help, thank you.

Hi im 30 years old and everything you explain to a tee is what I still do to this day. I also cannot go to.sleep without my hands in my hair . I've even got calasis on the insides of my fingers from the sheer amount of rubbing my hair up against my fingers. I too fold my tongue back and start sucking on it as if it was a pacifier, which created alot of hyper salivation and I tend to spit out mouth fulls of saliva after a session of aging with my hair and sucking on  my tongue. I thought I was the only one
