Do you have oil, gas or wood burning appliances, furnace, in your home?  My husband & I had all your symptoms & worse.  We almost died after 4 yrs of chronic carbon monoxide poisoning coming from our furnace.  Please go to "Carbon Monoxide Headquarters" on the internet.  PLEASE

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Depression and anxiety can cause all of these symptoms but you need a complete medical evaluation to be sure it is not physical in origin. YOu can't get a complete workup in the e.r., that is piecemeal medicine. Keep your neurologist appointment and ask for a complete workup.

In the meantime you should consider starting medication for depression.
