Can I take St john's wort with DIM (Diindolylmethane) ?

Can I take St john's wort with DIM (Diindolylmethane) ? Are there any interactions?

By the way, many times you can avoid interactions by spacing out taking the remedies by a couple of hours.

Probably not, but St. John's Wort does have a lot of suspected interactions with things - suspected, but not proved.  DIM can interfere with the effectiveness of anything that needs the liver to help it metabolize.  I'd do some homework on it, something you won't get on this site as it's not a site very much used by people who have any knowledge of natural medicine.  You might contact the American Herbal Products Association for sources to do research or contact Bastyr Institute and ask them for sources for research.  Problem is, so much of plant medicine is theoretical rather than proven, since it's very expensive to do such research and you can't patent anything natural so it's hard to raise that kind of money.  Good luck.
