Cipralex and head pain??

Since taking Cipralex 10mg daily for one month I have been having constant head pain. Not really a headache but a pain in my head. It will go around my ears, behind my eyes and into my neck. I have told my doctor and he just says not to worry about it but it is not getting better. Anyone else have these same side effects? Also I get pins and needles up and down my arms and legs would this be  a side effect? Thanks in advance.

Lexapro is known for the side effect of pressure in the head.  I got it, and it got worse the higher the dose.  It might go away, it might not, that's how these drugs are.
