Zoloft Not Working Anymore

I started Zoloft around Febuary of this year, after stopping Prozac due to my inability to handle its side effects. Zoloft worked amazingly for about 5-6 months, and now in early October I'm finding that my depression, anxiety, and apathy are all returning. I'm continuing to take my Zoloft, which is at 50mg a day, but I'm going through unable to enjoy ANYTHING. could Zoloft not be working anymore? I don't know what to do. I just want something that works for as long as I take it. help!!!

I was on Prozac for over 10 years, the side effects were getting bad they switched me to another drug, it didn't help.  I found the web site and  book The Road Back.  It was the beginning of me figuring out how to slowly get off of all depression medication.  It is worth reading and seeing if it might be helpful for you.
Good Luck,
Sharon

I've been on Zoloft for eight years and i have never felt more depressed than I do right now. I think that it does eventually stop working

They do tap out, but not usually that quickly.  I think you can still go up on the dose, so you might try that.
