Depression but cant afford help

Ive been dealing with depression for over 20 years.   I am currently on medication and it helps (at times), but I can also get pretty down at times still.   I know I need to probably be in therapy to help me, but I simply can't afford it.     Anyone got any ideas or suggestions?

Thank you

Yes you might be eligible for Medicaid. If you are unable to receive Medicaid now but are eligible you could go to a walk in clinic and be eligible for emergency Medicaid which could transition into standard Medicaid. If you are working and your state has it you might be eligible for the Medicaid Buy in for Working People with Disabilities. There should be other options as well that could provide coverage.
