Hi
Poor you !! But do not go Cold Turkey you are on lots of Meds and you will have to do it very slowly individually, these Dr's have messed you up. Remember it's not you going mad
it's just they have withdrawn you too quickly slowly slowly is the key. Your brain does not like sudden change so your still going through withdrawal even though your make on the meds then you've got the added thing that they have put you on other meds which your brain has got to deal with. You will stabilize it will take a while don't do anymore changes
your body is dealing with enough, be kind to yourself remember feeling like this is these
withdrawals etc NOT YOU!!
I came off effexor cold turkey the Dr's fault and 11 months on I am still sensitized because my brain does not know how to deal with stress ive got to re-learn the skill if you like. I
remember that feeling of being angry with the Dr's and thinking they should be force fed some of these drugs !!
Dr's think they are making us better they don't know how to withdraw us safely, I am in a support group CITA and they help people come off these drugs slowly slowly. In time you
will beable to get some help off them and do it slowly they are on the web. I also have to come off dolsulipin but I'm in no hurry to do it till I feel I am up to it, one thing at a time.
It will take you a long time to come off each drug when you are better but it would be worth the wait. I now laugh, cry and feel I am getting myself make but it's not an easy ride you can get symptoms of anxiety/depression whilst doing it.
God Bless & Take Care
Love
Lorraine xx
You find another doctor who is more understanding and takes the time to listen to you.
