Feeling numb after a major depressive episode

So its been a few months that i have not been feeling sad or in a depressed state if i may and i have decided to stop antidepressants a few months ago and the withdrawal went pretty well but the thing is that i am still feeling numb and everyrhing i used to enjoy seems less fun now but i have had so many side effects with medication that i really wish not having to go back on this stuff. So is it something normal that after a major depression you still feel somehow empty and its going to improve overtime or should i be concerned? Thank you

I think everyone is different, and you need to give yourself more time. For some it may change all of a sudden one day rather than gradually

Unfortunately, not enjoying things you once did is also a sign of depression.  Depression can be a life time mental health concern for people and they are indeed on antidepressants indefinitely.  Perhaps you may need to consider you might be one of those people.

Hard for anyone here to say, really -- but a good therapist might help you with this as they're trained and we're not.  What you're describing sounds like depression or the side effects of being on medication for some people.  The fact you're not having major depression anymore doesn't mean you aren't still suffering from some depression, and this is a common aspect of being depressed.  Again, though, I'd recommend seeing a psychologist and talking this through so you can get a professional perspective on it.  It's also possible you've just changed either because of your experience or getting older and might need to find new things that you enjoy.  Again, we don't know you, so we don't know what you were like or how long this has gone on for, but if it's been a long, hard road, you're an older, different person now.
