Hello Bebax3... I am hoping you are lots better by now, but i just read your post and I wanted to tell you that you can reach out to God in your lonely and sad times. Pray to Him - seek Him and He will help you. You can do this wherever you are and at any time. You don't have to be in church or with a counselor.. nothing wrong with those places...but I know at times, I, myself, had rather be alone with my thoughts than to reach out to a stranger. So please, just pray to God as He is love ... and He will help you. I lost my Mama in 1993 and I still miss her and that will never change, but it gets easier to 'bear' over time. You did the right thing by reaching out for help - so keep going and you will smile again.
Yeah, a grief group would be great for you. Your train has just gotten off track and you need to put it back on. Everyone goes through the grief process and everyone has to learn how to best manage theirs. I hope you come back and talk to us.
I would love to have you go to a grief counselor or grief group. These are usually free and sponsored by your community or churches. You don't have to say anything at your first meetings, but listening to the stories from other members can really help you feel less alone.
You can also write a letter to your mom and tell her how you feel and what is going on with you. It is initally very painful to just start writing, but it is one of the most healing things you and do for yourself.
Please let us know how you are doing. I do wish you the very best
M
I am so very sorry for the loss of your mother, I think it is one of the worst things that can happen to us. It is no wonder you are depressed at her passing. Mothers are everything, but you have to try and live a normal life. It is not long since you lost your Mom so you are still grieving so be kind to yourself and give yourself time.
You have been through a lot, as losing the baby was also a very difficult thing to deal with. I am sorry you feel so alone, and hope you will gradually feel better.
