I feel physically ill..why?

I am on welbutrin 300mg a day, abilify 5mg, and Vyvanse now 50mg.
I actually remember a time last year where i was sick during spring break.
The thing is, I don't get sick often. Never had the Flu, never had the shot either.
The only time I get sick (throwing up) is when i eat something bad.
The odd thing I notice now is last year when I was sick, i was just put on Welbutrin.

However, my symptoms include: Weakness, Dizziness, And a feeling you get before you get
really sick and throw up.

It started a few days ago. I remember feeling a little bit nauseous and it progressively got worse since.
I went threw a day only eating a McChicken  (don't ask) and that is not like me.
I have an extremely fast metabolism, i eat ever 2-3 hours (not a whole lot at once).
And the thing is, I didnt really notice it until the end of the day when i felt really dizzy.

Is it the welbutrin that is causing this (i hope not, it really helps my depression), the abilify, i'm just simply getting sick, or something else?

Do you know, when I am really depressed I feel physically ill, so much so, that I have tests at the hospital.  It's not in the mind, it is real.  I feel dizzy and sick and have to lie down all the time.

When I am on an anti-depressant that suits me, I am well, no physical pain or symptoms.  Depression can cause physical symptoms.

I suggest you go to the doctor and discuss this with him.  It could be the medication, or it could be the depression making you feel like this.

Medication has many side effects and it sounds like you are experiencing some of these. Have you read the back of the bottle? where it states the risks of using the medication and what may happen as a result of taking the pills and what measures to take if those effects occur.

If you do not see that, perhaps you could google to get an idea of what side effects of these might be like. However, do not stick to what you read online, its the internet, its not reliable. Seek medical advice as to what to do.

It sounds like the meds but until you get to the bottom of this you won't know. You might have to consult the doc and see what their opinion is because if it is the meds and not something else then you might have to make a change.
