You need help- counseling, which is free though EAP. You need some assist with coping skills. In the meantime, focus on those things you have accomplished and achieved in your life. Make a list. Create a gratitude journal. Life could be a lot worse- remind yourself of your blessings.
I want to tell you all the good things about you! I know when I get on a roll of self loathing, I list bad, bad and bad. But if I stop and work, I can buck the trend and come up with a few decent things. :>)) Make a list of the good qualities or things in your life. When you are feeling super negative and starting to go down the road of negative self thought, read your list.

Well, we know that you're really good at putting yourself down. Has something happened recently to make you feel this down on yourself? You don't say where you live or how old you are or what level of education you're at, but there are often sources of money for people who are genuinely too poor to pay for school, but of course that's assuming your old enough to be in a school that requires you to pay and your parents aren't paying it. If you think you're depressed as opposed to being very sad about something that has happened recently, have you looked into therapy for it?
