I am SO FREAKING OUT!!!  I just need someone who might know if pain mngmt will take me because i am getting so depressed!

First I will tell you that this is the wrong forum for this type of conversation.  I read what you wrote in the pain management community and I feel for you having chronic pain but you knew that you were not supposed to smoke that.  You did and now you are suffering the consequences.
I am sure you didn't like what I said but my advise is going to be bitter-sweet on this subject.  I do want you to feel free to come back here when you are depressed and ask whatever you want.
Now, yes a pain management clinic may take you.  You must be honest with them about what happened and you will have to be willing to follow their rules.  There will be random drug tests, pill counts, and plenty more accountability issues than you will find at a doctors office.  I urge you to be honest and humble in your attempt to get back in.  If you do these things then you stand a chance but be aware that if you mess up again- there may be no other chance...
