Laughing at me

i am not sure if is the tablets that is making me feeling like this but i have always known that people are laughing at me and talking about me.

i have just started a new work in my area, people are being nice at first then today they seems to be whispering me and laughing at me at the same time as staring at me too. am i being way too parniod? but they seeems to do that alot. or is it because i am asia with really small eyes fat and chubby? it's making me wanna just head home and hide my face and never get out of the house again or even try to kill myself and live anymore. i hate this life no matter what happens tomorrow.

deep down i know that are talking about me.....but why tho? am i funny to talk about.

They're getting exactly what they want from you.....a reaction!  You need to NOT even look their way, and ignore their laughing.  Trust me, when they feel they are no lomger getting to you, it will be no fun, and they will stop.  But YOU have got to be the strong one, hold your head up and totally ignore them, TOTALLY.  Not even a glance.  You cannot allow them to make you want to run away and hide, don't give away your power!!!!! You're allowing these losers to control you and your life, fight back!!  You fight back by not paying any attention to them, just concentrate on doing your job and live your life.  If you start running now, you'll never stop!  It's time to be strong, and get past this, and each time it will be easier.  But YOU have got to make a stand and a complete change of attitude.

thnaks  guys for your advice but it happened again today as i was walking past them they were people staring at me and laughing at me as soon as i turned around to see what they were laughing about they looked at me then looked away and stop laughing and pretending they were doing something else. i know the fact that i'm not imaging at any of this.they were smiling and being so sneaky about me. i can't take this anymore **** from anyone else, it's really putting me down. i just want to stay inside my room for the rest of my life wehre no one can see me and give me that impression that i don't want to see from other people.

Look at it this way, if they're talking about you, they're leaving someone else alone!  It can't be discriminatory unless you've told everyone that you're on medication, it's not a physical thing. As for looking differently, who doesn't?  We now live in such a diverse society that nobody pays any attention to this sort of thing any more. Plus, I do think you are imagining a lot of this and they may be sensing your feelings.  You're not so important that everyone would have nothing better to do than talk about YOU!  I'm not trying to be mean, just realistic.  You need to be yourself in every way.  We all get talked about at time during our life, but talk is CHEAP, and you have to rise above mindless people who consider gossiping as a postive attribute.  Relax, pay no attention to any of this, and when they see they aren't getting any reaction from you, they'll stop any talk that may be going on.  You'll make friends by just being you!

It may or may not be true. People can be discriminatory towards people with psychiatric disabilities but sometimes people pick up things that aren't there. See if it happens in the rest of your life and then you could have a better understanding of it and talk that over with your psychiatrist. If someone says something specific about you that is inconsiderate or puts you down that you definitely can tell speak to them about it in an affirmative but polite manner so they understand not to do it again.
