Major Depression

I have some questions, my husband became sick in June 2005. He was diagnosed with Major Depression with psychotic features. He has been on 20mg of Zyprexa, 100mg of Wellbutrin, 60 mg of Prozac for three years. Is this a normal course of treatment?

The medications seem appropriate for the diagnosis.  There is some debate how long someone should take meds after an episode of major depression.  Has he had previous episodes of depression?

No, not that i am aware of. Within one year he lost his job, sold our home, his dad died, and our dog died.
