Mental Disorder and I can control my emotions

I went to a mental health clinic for an intake. I found out that I have mental disorder and I am following up with my Psychology.  I have been able to control my emotions, anxiety, or depression. But, since I have been getting disturbing noises from the residents on the first floor, it angered me this evening because they made another disturbing noise because they don't like me taking long in my kitchen cooking.  So, I will see the manager to the apartments to find out if she can make a remedy between me and the tenants.
Am I doing the right thing?

I have been treating my depression for years. I've been going to a therapist and I don't think it is helping.  In fact the cost of therapy is enough to make me anxious and depressed.  I am on a good medication and I am coping with life quite well now.  My husband agrees that I am doing better.

Yes that don't  sound like your mental disorder has anything to do with you having jerk residents you should tell  the manger you did what i would have done.

I emailed the apartments office and explained everything. I want to stay in this unit until December so I can move. If the manager will transfer me to another unit in these apartments complex, it will take longer for me to move.  I will just be patient until December.  These people don't respect others. so rude.
