People

Everyone is so busy dealing with their own problems that they don't even realize that I'm sinking. I feel like I'm shouting but noone is hearing me. It's funny cause whenever anyone needs support I turn into a cheerleader, I am shoulder to cry to everyone the "lfesaver" whose always there to help...Whose helping me? My mom is depressed herself because of things pertaining to her boyfriend and she leans on me alot for support when she hasnt been there all those times I got so angry and destroyed my stuff..all those times I hurt myself...all those times I'd cry in the mornings, evening and night...But everyone needs me oh yea me loyal friend, daughter and person and noone sees that I am going out of my mind and its not that theyre not fully aware that I'm sad they just made an executive decision that theyre problems matter more. My heart is doing flip-flops..my back and my head hurts...I'm so sleepy...I just cant do it.

Thanks for ur help so much

MMahon: I have seen a psychologist but I explained the situation in ur email.

Bubulous: Thats actually a great idea I'm getting excited just talking about it. Ive started to plan "Anneka Day" I just say bye bye to everyone and say hello to myself :)

rjbprincess: Thank u! I will message u sometime.

richtaz: Yep. It ***** on so many levels, they expect u to be their help and support and they refuse to do the same. Too bad. One day I wish I could just be unconcerned when everyone requires me to be Oprah....

If you need someone to talk to there are loads of people you can talk to, including me. I have felt like this too and the only way I got through was talking to a counselor. Trust me, it helps

Take some time off.  One of the best things I do for myself is every few days I take a day for myself.  I constantly help people as well but I would not be so compassionate about it if I didn't take time for myself.  You don't have to be mean about it.  Just go out to the woods where noone can bother you if there are some near you.  Go swimming by yourself.  TURN OFF YOUR PHONE if you have one.  You don't have to deal with everyone's issues that day if you don't want.  Unless someone is going to kill theirself and you think they propbably would.  Take a day and be by yourself.  I like to just take off and walk for hours to clear my head.  I also like to ride my bike and look at all the beauty nature has to offer.  Set yourself free if only for today.

You need to seek professsional help.  Finding a counselor or support group will help you get professional, unbiased support from outside your family and friends.
A good, trained counselor will help you learn ways to cope with your life situation and how to improve it.
Mental health counseling is available to all, regardless of income, in most areas.
Don't be reluctant to get the help you need and don' t expect it from anyone other then a trained professional.
