denationalization/derealazation recover??

So, I was wondering if my denationalization/derealazation is slowly going away. I probably spelled that wrong sorry. But I feel in my body again the only thing is that I still feel like i'm in a movie this lasted for 4 weeks now. I started feeling comfortable with the normal things I do. The only thing is nightmares and sometimes  my hands look weird but they stopped recently. But i'm slowly thing i'm running out of solutions whenever things get better the symptoms come back and I feel like i'm just a lost cause thats only messing w myself thinking i'm better.idk if this counts as depression but yolo right?

These are labels people often find on the internet and then live up to, if you get my drift.  Life is never a straight line.  If things are getting out of control, talking to a professional should help you figure it out.  And it sounds like you're missing this thing that is going away -- why do you think you're trying to hang onto it?
