Are you talking about bad moods.  There are also good moods.  Part of the human make up.  We all have moods.  

Possibly you are depressed and you are associating this with a bad mood.  Is that right?

Moods are what make us uniquely human. Animals and humans have personalities and desires, but only humans feel and wonder what the meaning of life is etc. ;) It's just the way you are, and there is nothing wrong with it :)

Besides, you need moods to motivate you or make you calm and understanding for those who need a bit of empathy... so even if you think they're bad, it helps us socially :)

Just guessing this question was really a 'why do we have moods, i hate them' question.. so hopefully this helps...
