dear friends...

at the outset, i would like to thank all of you for the support you have given me and beacause of which i have been succesfull to visit a phcologist ...
she really helped me  a  lot.....

and now after 3 months and after facing a lot of problems, dpression, a lot of anxiety and loosing a lot of friends and probably a lot more than that....I can say that I am much more convinced with me...
not just because someone helped me...but also because I now that if there is any problem in my life or i f I find nobody to share my grief with...there would somebody called ¨psycologist¨ in any part of the world to help me and listen to me...even if I would be paying him to do that....
Thanks everyone...I am still going through tough times , probably lot more depressing...but its all right....if there is anything in which i could help you people ...please tell me...it would be a pleasure...!!!

regards

Hi, Please go and talk to someone.  You have such a great future in front of you.  You have made a great step in your life, you are in college.  We are proud of you for making a step in your future.  This is coming from me someone who has dealt with great anxiety because my son is also away at college.  I'm a mom who understands that you are going through a lot.  Not sure if you have shared what you are going through with your parents but if you were my child I wouldn't judge you, It would give me great comfort in helping you.  So your parents may be a great source of relief for  you as well.  You are cared for very much.  Hope you are feeling better, I'm usually posting in the evening so reach out to us and know that we want you to get help.

I hear you on all of that!! I am 20 and in college, and just starting this process of seeing mental health people and talking to them about my issues. It's the hardest thing I've ever had to do. I cry almost constantly. I'm terrified 99% of the time. I feel like every single person that sees me can see right through to my core that I'm a pathetic loser who can't control themself or deal with life. Literally about every thought I have of myself is hateful or imagining that other people hate me.

I refused to go to a counselor until I was ordered to. Now I do, and yes, it's scary as hell and I feel judged, but she's been giving me some strategies and food for thought. I NEVER thought I would go see a counselor, but now, I'm almost glad that I do. Hang in there!!
