Okay, first, why don't you have health insurance? It's the law that you do get it, and if you have little money, the subsidies make it almost free. But I fear that won't necessarily give you a great psychiatrist, and if you're seeing general practitioners, they really don't have much experience with medication. There are three possibilities here: you're having the same problem you had before stopping the Effexor -- drugs don't cure these problems, they just make them feel less bad. You're having a protracted withdrawal from the Effexor -- it's a very hard drug to quit, and the symptoms you're describing are pretty classic severe withdrawal problems. Or, the wellbutrin isn't the right med for you -- it's very stimulating, and that might be having an effect on you.
