Long battle

I am 44 years and have had depression for 20 years ..........Started self medicating with painkillers now I'm going through the depression of not taking them.I am taking an ssri but its still real bad

It takes at least a month on the Anti depressants to start feeling better......good luck

hello sorry to hear that your so depressed...dont self medicate with pain killers you might be doing more harm than good...if you ever need to talk...I'm here to help you through it...I've been there and Im not on medication no more and I feel better...I had to deal with my feeling first...and medication last..but i dont need something that will take the focus of what is truely bothering me...all you need is a good friend to help youout of that dark space and bring you into the light...IM HERE...
