thanks but i dont have a therapist i only see my internal medicine doctor. i went into severe depresion 5 years when my mom died. i had already lost my daddy and my hubby, during that time im had cancer with chemo. i am a survivor. my nieces and the 5 year old live with me they talked me in ti getting rid of my car and my moms car. i bought the oldest a truck and her daughter a kia. they never helped with the ibsurance are payments . the younger one paid a little now and then but she had a wreck in the car it was her fault and i just got my insurance and it went p $200.00 every 6 months. im just tired and i miss my life which isnt much, that is why i dont want to live. i am not suicidal. i just dont want to live. gloris789
Yes its true there are some people who are too caught up in their own concerns to think about others. If you are isolated from other people perhaps there are some places that could help. If your medications haven't been working in general it would be essential to speak to your psychiatrist. If you just started experiencing these feelings recently and it occurs at this time of year in general its important to understand this type of stress can make things worse and that sometimes causes a person to respond less well to medications. You can think that over and discuss that with your therapist. Regardless there should be community centers and other places that help connect people. You shouldn't have to be alone, isolated and depressed.
