Hi!
Im glad you got yourself an appontment, thats a good idea,
i recently went to the doctors, she gave me loads of information about depression and moods, and how to bring yourself back up again from a low, i havent yet read them though, i start and its upsetting to read (which surely shouldnt be the case with a leaflet based on such a delicate area)
but once i have looked into it ill let you know what it says, i have also been reccomended to see a councillor, but again havent yet, that seems too much for me, i dont feel i need that
I recently told my boyfriend how iv been feeling and now he is more comforting, i find talking to people is so helpful, because, even though it upsets me to talk the comfort friends and family give when i am low is awesome! i recommend the same
Weak and tired ... if when you do eat you focus on greens, iron filled vitamin filled food then itl definately boost your energy, i also used to take multivitamins and try and get the exact same sleep every night!
keep in touch with what your doctir says :)
Hi -
I'm 33 and feeling the same lately. I finally got my health insurance and made an appt. with an internist, it is not normal - at least in my case, because I used to be very active, jog 50 min several days a week, lift weights, etc. but now...I'm just feeling weak and tired all the time. No appetite either...so I force myself to eat.
hello, iv had blood tests and they show everything is fine, slight iron deficiencey, but iv always had that and high in calcium, i just seem to be really negative and getting frustrated and mad quickly i dont think iv ever had mood swings like this before, and i dont feel i can be bothered trying to do things to cheer me up because i have work i should be doing or i just dont think itl help.
If you haven't already I suggest you get a good physical exam and get complete blood tests.
There could be any number of reasons why you feel the way that you do. Discuss your symptoms with your doctor and see what they say after completing your exam.
In any case perhaps you should seek out a therapist or psychiatrist and discuss your feelings with them.
