i stopped prozac

I found out I was 5w and 4d, I was taking Prozac for two weeks on 20mg I stopped the medication immediately after I found out I was pregnant will this cause a miscarriage?

honestly things such as tea diet coke vitamin C certain herbs roller coasters and all sorts of stuff can cause damage to the baby or miscarriage
really the best your doc can do is inform you (most of these drugs are not safe for preganacy) it really depends on how concerned the doc is and also how stable the meds make you. I've had this issue before so god bless hope it works out I know it can be stressful, Alex

You really need to talk to your doctor about your concerns.  I really don't think people on this depression site can advise you about pregnancy and miscarriage.  Perhaps there are people on the pregnancy site who have had to deal with this, and they may be able to help.  

A doctor is the person to talk to about your concerns.
