furthermore, i would say it is regular psychotherapy that will lead to any significant long term positive change.
zoloft was the first and only ssri i have ever taken. i took it for a relatively short time in conjunction with regular psychotherapy. i can say that it lifted me out of chronic depression and anxiety and ocd that i had been suffering since childhood. i therefore recommend it. it is very important however to consider the advantages of long term psychotherapy as well.
thank you 4 the advice i am going to ask about cymbalta i know i need something thanks again
I was on Zoloft and seemed to gain some weight so i went back to Cymbalta and its right for me.... everyone is different though so I give u the advice to keep trying until you find one thats for you.... im only 24 years old and due to guys screwing me over and depression running in my family ...
I feel better not as anxious or high strung as usual, just the weight gain is a problem
