I am really worried about you taking loads of paraqcetamol. I can relate to this because I used to take handfuls of them, but only in codeine preperations. If I could have seperated the paracetamol then I would have done.  It must be a compulsive thing. Paracetamol are not addictive and they don't give you any kind of good feeling like other substances can do.  I'm really surprised that your still alive. How many are you taking and how often?  I think there is an antidote to paracetamol. It comes in the paracetamol tablets and stops them doing damage to your body. I think its called acetylcysteine.  Ask the doc about it

I think the tablet is called nefrosave. It contains 500mg paracetamol/150mg acetylcysteine.

Codeine can actually make you more deppressed.  It may help cheer you up sometimes but it is a fake emotion that has to be fed constantly to keep you "level".  The best advice I can give is to go to the doctor but I understand your anxiety about it.  I would say that if you trust anyone enough or if anyone loves you enough, have them take you or at least go with you for support.  Codeine along with numerous other mind altering substances are about the same as suicide....they are a temporary solution to a permanent problem.  I just got out of recovery about two weeks ago and it really changed my life.  I am on the right meds, I feel young and healthy again, and I found great spirituality in that place.  Problems, sometimes, are to much to bear, let someone help.  If you need a second opinion you can call suicide help lines but they will likely tell you to go to the hospital.
Hope you get to feeling better....Bubulous

I am sorry that you have no one to turn to.  I hoped that someone in your life was able to take on the burdens you bear.  I find it confusing that I don't even know you but the things you post on here make me wish I could fly over and help you out.  If no one fits that bill I really wish you would seek help for yourself.  If it makes you feel better you can think you are doing it for me.  I promise you it would make me feel better....lol

Whatever you choose I hope you feel better.  Good Luck....Bubulous
