why i am i so reserved...?

i am a 19 yr old boy who hasnt shared anything with anyone(frens)....i am very reserved but i desire to share my feelings about myself to others(about girls)....may be bcoz i am a single child....i mostly remain depressed about not sharing and bcoz of this i hardly have frens..why i am i so reserved.....?pls help....regards

just chillax dude..... I think you just need to overcome your shyness first... Just dont be afraid of anything and share your feeling with anyone u want to and remember no one is gonna slap you for this rather then that you will get some nice friends.... And about girls every man luvs to talk so just no fear

I had the same issues when I was in high school, around that age. I was very socially reserved unless I was around people I was comfortable with. Remember this, its not what others think about you that matters most, but you yourself. Maybe just try and open up more. Girls especially do like when a guy opens up, whether it be about the smallest things or even the serious. Especially at your age when a lot of guys are still very reserved in general, you'd be making ground. I see this as pretty normal for a guy who is 19, I was the same way. Give yourself a little time and credit.
