What might this purple/blue lump left to my frenolum be?

Hi everyone
Please follow the link below to see the picture.

So i have this purple/bluish looking lump that scares me a bit sometimes because from what i can read online lumps like these could be cancer and the treatment sounds horrible. Left to my frenolum i have this lump and i'm pretty sure it has been there for a long time. It does not hurt or itch. One morning i found crust on top of it, which i have never seen before and i was initially thinking that the crust was some dirt from the bed that just happened to come in between the lump and my foreskin. When i removed the crust it did not seem to be stuck nor did it bleed or looked like it belonged to the lump.

What do you guys think? Should i speak with a dermatologist, does it look dangerous or is it just a part of my anatomy? I'm 27 years old and otherwise healthy.
