itchy bumps all over my legs

i wore blue jeans and rolled down a hill and woke up the next day with red itchy bumps all over my legs and a few spots on my side and back

Could be an allergy to something that was in the grass, or maybe there was poison ivy, or tiny bugs in the grass.  Try using some cortisone cream on the bumps, and you can take benadryl for the itching.
