Another cold sore

I had a cold sore a week ago that was pretty nasty and it was healed by Wednesday except for some dry skin that was on the new pink skin. But on Friday morning I noticed a little swelling and redness on the corner on my mouth. Could it be another cold sore again? Usually when I have any kind of tingling and itching on my lip the blisters form quite quickly or even overnight. The corner of my mouth looks the same for the past few days. It is a bit itchy and burns a bit. I've suffered from eczema from a young age and also have allergies. I did take acyclovir when I had my initial outbreak. If it is another cold sore could it be possible that because I took the acyclovir the first time that it's suppressing the symptoms for the second flare up. When I looked at it closely it seemed like 1 small purple dot then 3 in a row along the crease of the corner of my mouth and do then one more mini dot below my crease.  Today I took of the skin in the crease and it seemed like a regular scab to me.  The day before it seemed like there was pus but I'm not sure cause sometimes I get overly anxious when I can any type of sore on my mouth

It could be another cold sore, but it's very hard to tell.  If you are worried, it doesn't hurt to have a doctor take a quick peak at it to ease your fears a bit.
