Are these bed bug bites or something else?
Been noticing red bumps on my neck and belly lately. It could be bedbugs but I haven't seen any since November and I moved outta there. Could it be very low level bedbug infestation or some other kind of insect? Is this what fleas do? R some skin thing? Sometimes a rash appears around my neck, embarassing.
