Back of hands getting more and more bumps!

Ok so last year I noticed a few bumps. From what I have found they might be dyshidrotic eczema. They did appear not longer after I went back college and had a ton of stress. But they seem to come and go but each time are worse. I have no health insurance and they are so unsightly. They are very rarely itchy. Any ideas? I ly of the back of my hands.
