Is this a wart or boil on my face?

Hello. I have something on my face, and i don't know what it is. It's right next to my nose, and when I've popped it, it leaks a clear fluid. I think it's either a wart or a boil. What is this thing, and how do I get rid of it? Please help me; I've tried everything, just about: castor oil, garlic powder, baking soda, cold sore medicine, triple antibiotic, and nothing has really helped. Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

How long have you had it?  Is it large?  I'd keep the area clean and make sure not to pick at it- this should help in the healing process.  If that doesn't help and you don't see it start to go away, you can have a doctor take a look at it to confirm what it might be and give you a better lead on treatment.
