Black spot on skin (with picture)

I have a black spot on my skin. It started appearing two or three weeks ago. It looked red back then, like if it was bleeding under my skin. It has grown and since it as stopped growing. This week, it's now become a round black spot. It's on my thigh and it looks to be under my skin because I can't scratch it like if it were at the surface of my skin.

Just wanted to check to see how you were doing?  Have you been able to make an appointment with your doctor?

With what you describe, I'd recommend getting a doctor to look at this as soon as possible to see what is happening- when something like that appears rapidly and changes rapidly, it needs to be examined, perhaps even other tests run on it to see what the cause is.
