Blister like bumps on index, middle fingers + rash patches on abdomen

Approximately 4 days ago, I noticed I had 4 very itchy rashes on the left side of my trunk. (1 LLQ, 1 towards my left flank,  1 LUQ, 1 left hip- the last one seemed to appear 3 days ago)  The one one towards my flank appears to be 1 rash, raised flat, oblong in shape and is approximately 2 inches X 1 inch. The others however,   look a bit like bug bites but are somewhat close together. I only have these rashes on my trunk. However, I woke up on day 2 with approximately 6-7 bumps ( all approximately 1 to 2 mm in size) on top of my left middle finger between my 2nd and 3rd joint. The evening of day 3 I had the same type of bumps on top of  my left index finger also located between 2nd and 3rd joint. The bumps appeared at first to look like just red bumps that itched severely. Unfortunately, I did scratch them and the ones on my left index finger are now almost white in appearance, like a blister. If I squeeze a bump a clear fluid comes out. (A big no no, I know) The rashes on my trunk do not appear to be spreading. The bumps on my fingers, as of now, are only on the 2 fingers indicated.
I have not used any new soaps, detergents, lotions, etc. I have not been around any poison ivy, poison oak or sumac. I've had a few mosquito bites over the last couple of weeks but nothing out of the norm for this time of year.  I do not take anything but an occasional Goody's powder- I had one about 3 or 4 weeks ago.  I have NKDA. I'm fairly healthy other than I smoke. (1 ppd) I try to eat right (haven't tried any new foods) and I exercise regularly. I am very hygienic, showering twice daily, etc. Only Hx of unknown rash came from a shampoo when I was pregnant 4 years ago. No pertinent medical Hx.  I'm 31 years old and live in the piedmont of NC.
   Thank you for your time.

I'm experiencing the exact same symptoms (extremely itchy bubble blisters on index finger, rash on abdomen) with additional rashes on my forehead, on the side of my left eye & on both ears. - Did you ever receive a diagnosis? This has been going on for weeks, with varying levels of severity.  I had a patch test performed by an allergist; I'm not allergic to anything that was included in the test.  The doctor would like for me to have a number of blood tests to check for liver, kidney and thyroid function.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
One of the possibilities for such finger bumps is pompholyx. It is characterized by a sudden onset of many deep-seated pruritic, clear vesicles which itch and then peel off. As a result the skin may also fissure.
The exact cause is not known and excessive sweating can be one of the reasons. But some triggers like allergic reaction to soaps, detergents, foods, latex, nickel etc may trigger the symptoms. Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized. Use only thin applications of moisturizer ointments as excessive amounts of ointment may restrict breathing of the skin and aggravate the condition.

Topical steroids can be applied but they are available under prescription. Moreover to prevent infection, topical antibiotics may be needed. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

It looks like poison ivy.  Perhaps you came in contact in a small way and have spread it through scratching etc.  I wouldnt sweat it, use calamine lotion to dry it up.
