Blood test, eczema

Hello,
I am bit concerned of my blood test results. I was suggested to do a blood test because of the eczema for IgE result. However, I found out that following components aren't in the scale of norms.
RDW-SD 37,4 (39-53)
MPV 11,1 (7,4-10,4)
NEUT% 34,4 (50-70)
LYMPH 2,78 (1-2,50)
LYMPH% 47,40 (19-37)
MONO% 12,6 (3-10)
IgE 259,50 (0-100).

I was told that high IgE levels show allergic reaction, however I my biggest concern is related to higher LYMPH and lower NEUT counts. I  also have severe eczema, however even skin biopsy didin't  help dermatologist to understand the causes of the eczema or find the right cure. Should I go to hematologist instead of dermatologist and what can I expect with these blood results. Thank you in advance.
