Blotchy, itchy rash all over my torso one week after poison ivy.... How do I treat?

I believe I came in contact with poison ivy one week ago. I'm not positive, but I was standing in some brush along the side of the road and developed bilateral ankle rashes that were red, itchy, blistered, and swollen. They have slowly gotten better and are mostly dried, red scaly scabs now.

Yesterday, I started breaking out all over my torso. Definitely not the same blistery, *****, swollen rash I had on my ankles, more of a itchy, blotchy, redness all over (anterior and posterior torso, thighs, arm pits). What is going on? How do I treat it? Below are some images:

Photos aren't a good way to tell you what is going on- it's always best to see a doctor so they can take a look in person and gather more of your medical history.

If you had a reaction to poison ivy- it's possible you are seeing a secondary flare up.  That rash takes a good while to heal, and I've seen it return after you think it's gone, but get to your doctor to have them look so they can tell you for sure.
