Brown lines on my inner elbows

I recently had a serious eczema flare up and it was also on my inner elbows. The redness has gone away but it is very dry and the creases on my inner elbows are dark in colour. This is on both of my elbows.

I moisturize the skin 3 times a day (with aveeno dermexa moisturizing cream) but it is still very dry.

Please help

It can take some time for an eczema flare up to go away- just keep using cream on it- even add a few more times a day to apply it.  Keep all perfumes and fragrance away from your skin (check your laundry detergent, lotions, etc)- and that should help speed up the healing.
