Brown spot in arms/legs help

So I am a 31 year old white male with epidermislysis bellousa. I have not been to the dermatologists in many years do to not being able to afford health insurance.

Here's my question: I get these little brown spots on my arms and legs. Some are as small in diameter as a eraser others are the size of a quarter. They do not itch or hurt they are not raised at all and weirdest thing is you can start the edge with your finger nail and they peel right off. No pain when removing or after removal. The skin is not raw under them after peeling them. Does anyone have any idea of what these are? Does anyone have the same issues? Or is it just related to my skin disorder?

Thanks in advance

Ryan :)
