Bump/growth on hand - need help identifying!

Hey everyone, I had this bump appear on my hand about a month ago now. It started as what looked exactly like a pimple, which I tried to pop as I always due, and I could feel it burst under my skin and the spot was tender after. I remember reading this is what happens if you try to pop a cyst, so I was thinking it might be a cyst. It ended up reducing in size a lot after popping and seemed like it was going away, but then it started to get bigger and is now a large white (looks like pus-filled) bump. The area surrounding it seems to have some sort of growth as well, with the skin being raised. What worries me is that neither is really painful at all at this point, they just seem to exist. They are also relatively firm to the touch, not soft and liquid-filled, which also concerns me. I know the photo isn't great (hard to get lighting right) but im happy to post more pictures if anyone has any idea what I'm dealing with! Anything is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help
