Bumps on base of penis???

Hi,
I'm trying to figure out what these small, brownish bumps are on the base of my penis. They don't itch, smell or discharge anything. If I try to squeeze one, nothing comes out. Also, they aren't in clusters. In fact, there are only about 7-8. They don't come and go either. I started noticing them about 5-6 months ago. I am sexually active and have been with the same partner for about 1.5 years. I'm terrified of an STD! They really don't bother me and are hard to notice unless someone really takes a good look at my penis, but I would like to get them taken care of if possible.
Thanks for your help.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be folliculitis (might only be felt as small lumps in the skin commonly with a hair arising from centre) , Fordyce spots (small (1-5mm) bright red or purple papules that can appear on the penis and usually effect younger men), sweat dermatitis, contact dermatitis(appear as red small lumps with itching or burning)  or genital warts.
You may try calamine lotion on the rash. You should also maintain hygiene and try to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting cotton clothing. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. You can also use a barrier cream with zinc oxide paste or calamine lotion or a mild steroid cream like dermacort on the rash. If the bumps are itchy, you  can take some antihistaminic like benadryl or Claritin.

If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist. Genital warts have to be ruled out.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
