Butt Blisters

I am 15 and my chosen co-curricular activity(CCA) at school is Canoeing/Kayaking. I have been having blisters at my butt for a while now and if one heals, another one comes up within a few weeks. Usually, there are only one or two blisters. These blisters are very annoying and they hurt when touched and its very uncomfortable when I sit a certain way. Its like a little bump with fluid inside. I do not know if this is related to my CCA as we are supposed to move our legs and butt when paddling. I really need help in getting rid of these blisters fast and anything I can do to prevent this from happening.

Get checked for food allergies.  Take a prebiotic like Align.  Eat more vegetables and less sugar.  Try a tea tree oil soap.

Do apply Mupirocin creme which should help you. Get corrected if you have iron or vitamin deficiencies. Do consult your doc.
