Can a Native American person have the same skin color as an Egyptian person?

I am researching the skin color and ethnicity of people and wanted to know if the color of the skin depends on "race" or if there may be ethnicities with the same skin color. Specifically, if ethnic Egyptian people can have the same skin color as Native Americans? Thank you to clarify my doubt.

I'm a native American (Choctaw nation) and most people think I'm white.

Most Egyptians get called white also and ironically I live in a Coptic neighborhood.

Native American mellenin counts differ from nation to nation. Choctaws don't look like Cherokee. Cherokee don't look like Navajo. Navajo don't look like Aztecs. Yaqui don't look like Cree. Cree don't resemble Creek. And Inuit don't resemble Eskimo.

Anything else is racist.   Just like the rest of the world, our 600+ Nations use different crayons, too.
