Can an occasionally itcy face be a part of brachioradial pruritus???

I believe that I have brachioradial pruritus.  I have episodes of itchy arms where I can not stop scratching.  The over the counter creams I have tried are useless.  Ice does help so I think it is brachioradial pruritus.  This is my question-- Sometimes I also feel this itching (not nearly as severe) on my face-- especially after I wash my face.  I've changed soaps, used different cleansing products and different moisturizers.  Still, sometimes, my face feels itchy.  Is this part of brachioradial pruritus???  Has anyone else heard of this???
