Can anyone tell me what’s making me and others around me itch?

For the past year or so I’ve been tormented by crawling sensations and the feeling that I’m making others itch. Whenever someone is within 5 feet of me they begin to itch too but as far as I know only when I’m around. Whenever I’m in a certain light I can see dust floating towards me seemingly with direction, I also see small floating white dots fly towards me too. My scalp feels like stuff is jumping off of it constantly and the only thing I can find in my hair is small white specs. I’ve tried Neem oil, Teatree Oil, Coconut oil, Listerine, Vinegar, cleaning my car and room but the problem persists. I can’t take this anymore. I can’t even hang out with my friends without causing them itchiness, please help me I’ve tried all that I know.

tis on bird mites. Put  salt water on skin and wipe off what comes off or have salt baths until you can implement these protocols. Ivermectin is also helpful, but salt and borax have given many relief

I apologize for not answering sooner. I have forgotten my password and normally don’t use the email associated with this account. For whatever  reason this account is allowing me to respond to this one post.
I believe my husband and I had Demodex mites. It was HORRIBLE. We washed everything and got very little relief. What easily and readily killed them was HEAT. We sat in a sauna and sweated!
I also found an ointment of some sort, but it really wasn’t needed. The heat did the trick and quick!
I am NOT a physician and don’t recommend anything we tried. This is just what worked for us. We just felt based on our reading and research that Demodex was why we had. We don’t know this for sure. I hope you found answers and hope things are better for you. Again, I apologize I haven’t been able to gain access to this account.
