Can moles increase in size if scratched off?
I have a very small, black mole in an area which is quite prone to spots/zits. I'm not worried about it growing back darker if I were to accidentally rub/scratch it due to the irritation, because it is already very dark to begin with, but I'm worried if it would grow back larger or change to become more noticeable. Could this happen?

It's possible, moles can increase in size for various reasons- if you do notice that the mole is getting bigger at any point though, make sure to see a doctor to have them check it out.
