recurring poison ivy/ oak?

I got a really bad case of poison ivy/oak not sure which, about two year ago between my fingers, at the base webbing of my index and middle fingers.  It was horrible and spread all over my hand.  Now, every once in a while i have an itchy, singular, tiny little bubble that comes up in those affected areas that looks exactly like the poison ivy bubbles.  I usually leave it alone but i popped one the other day and now i have more.  Nothing horrible but very annoying and weird so i figured i would ask you fine people
