Cement skill irritation

I work around cement/concrete.  We pour molds and make large stuff from cement/concrete.  I get it on my skin daily.  I have been doing it appx. 8 months.  I have skin irritation and iching some times rashes on my arms.  I haven't found anything to help the iching or rashes and have tried a lot of over the counter medication and creams.

I have friends that I work with get professional pills, shots and medication that they say don't really help either.

Only thing I've been told is stop working around it and it'll go away in about 6 months. I need this job and some helpful suggestions.????

Flamazine cream is excellent for cement burns. You have to be especially careful when taking off your boots and PPE that you don't unintentionally transfer the cement from your boots or PPE to your skin. Also use a Neutral PH soap after, if the soap you are using is alkaline you can make the situation worse.
