Circular brown spot on head of penis.

I am 20 years old. Yesterday I noticed a circular brown spot on the head of my penis. It is about 2cm in diameter and the outline of it is slightly raised. It doesn't itch and hasn't changed in appearance. Also there is a small white spot on the base of the head of my penis on the top side which is also slightly raised. This also doesn't itch and really isn't bothering me. I noticed this white spot about a day before the brown spot. My first assumption was genital herpes because the white spot looks like a small blister but it hasn't changed at all there is no itching and no burning when i urinate. Any information would be greatly appreciated

Thank you, I will start using the neosporin and warm compresses immediately. Nothing has changed in the appearance except for the outline around the circle is no longer raised and it does look more like a depression like you stated. I will let you know if there are any changes.  Thanks again.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the spot persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
Hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.
