Pinpoint Red dots

Last month I discovered these red dots on my arms and one on my chest. They do not itch and are not in groups like a rash. I think they are red moles, or cherry angiomas since I am nearing 30 and they look like none of scary stuff on my 2 hour skin research journey.

The red dot is in the center of the image. From my eyes it looks like someone poked me with a red pin, but I think the camera caught more details.

I can't see anything at all on that pic.  However, if they are definitely red, then you're probably right.  I've had them for ages.  They've all remained small, even over 20 years' time.
